What our confidence levels mean

Low, medium and high confidence on SEOMathLab results — defined precisely.

Every calculator result carries a confidence badge. It does not measure how good the math is — the math is always the same. It measures how much of the input is your data versus our defaults.

  • Low confidence: you are running mostly default values. Treat the result as a rough illustration, not a plan.
  • Medium confidence: you customized the major inputs (volumes, costs, rates). The result reflects your situation directionally.
  • High confidence: you customized Pro inputs too — margins, ramp speed, your own CTR or CPC data. The result is as good as planning math gets.

Confidence rises with your data, never with our assumptions. A low-confidence result is not a bad result — it is an honest one telling you to bring better inputs.
